Wow that is pretty bad. You can’t understand the instructions and if you email the author you get patronizing answers. I think you need to email the author anyway just because its better to get something for your money than nothing.

This conflicts with the GPL license doesn’t it? Wordpress plugins are GPLed. So you can’t disallow your users from using your plugin on multiple servers. Its only the CSS and images that are licensed according to Envato’s terms. The PHP code in the plugins is all GPL . You are breaking your own rules Envato staff member!
