We do not accept FLV files here. You can provide them as an extra but what you need to provide for these files is EPS or PSD or Transparent PNG files.

I was sure I didn’t put a FLV file there because I have never done one, so I went to the folder where I keep all my Envato uploads and went to the Friendly Calendar folder, I searched for a FLV file but did not find any… Could this be an error made by the reviewer? The format of the icons were PSD and Transparent PNG . This is not the first time that this happens to me (in activeden I had uploaded a set of buttons and the reviewer told me that the resolution of the preview was not 590×300 but it really was so I re-uploaded with no changes and the file got accepted). I do not want to insult reviewers or offend them.

Please consider familiarizing yourself with the quality of the files already accepted in the GraphicRiver library and try to emulate or surpass the quality you already see in GraphicRiver with any future submissions. Hello, I was wondering if I could change my username since I am not able to use it because it is iLife and it’s a trademark of apple. A file I wanted to upload was rejected for this reason and if I can’t type my username… how will people recognize who did the file or w/e?
